When creating a business listing, you agree to:

• Keep your listing information current and accurate

All subscription plans operate on a 12-month billing cycle:

• Payment is required upfront for the full 12-month period
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before renewal date
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your listing

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any illegal purpose
• Post offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation
• Scrape, copy, or harvest data from the Platform
• Impersonate another person or business
• Upload viruses or malicious code

All content on thola., including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of thola. or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of content you post, but grant thola. a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content on the Platform.

thola. is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Specific results from using the Platform
• Accuracy of business information posted by third parties

In no event shall thola. be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Non-payment of fees
• Any other reason we deem necessary

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of South Africa.
